Concert tickets go missing, newly purchased microwaves burn out, and a laptop starts smoking. Are these all strange coincidences or paranormal activities?

The Pacific Northwest is famous for many things. It has produced the ever-popular Starbucks and Microsoft brands, it is at the butt of many weather jokes, and it has its share of great seasons for many sports teams. However, hauntings and paranormal activities seem to steer clear of its radar.
Whether someone is a believer or not, there still seems to be a plethora of sightings that would suggest paranormal activities in our state are a bit common that many people may realize. My story is no exception.
It all started back in October, when my boyfriend and I decided to move in to our first apartment together. After looking for a while, we finally found one in our price range in the right area. We settled in to our new home, hoping to enjoy the good life of living without parental supervision. That's when all the trouble started.

After about two weeks of peaceful living, my boyfriend lost a sentimental necklace that he distinctively remembered putting in his nightstand drawer the night before. Not thinking much of it, we figured it had just been misplaced and the search ceased.

Nearly a week later, I was plugging a lamp, which was turned off, into an electrical outlet only to hear a loud popping sound and turning around to notice my whole house has turned dark. No problem there, I reset the circuit breaker and all was fine. The lamp was fried and had to be thrown away. It was a cheap Ikea lamp, anyway.

Finally, the day my boyfriend and I had been waiting almost a month for. Tool tickets, which we won from a radio station, were tucked safely away in the bill drawer. We ravaged through the drawer the day before the concert, and nothing but bills surfaced. Panicked, we literally tore apart our whole 600 square feet of living space, with no luck. The tickets were gone, and no refunds were issued.
