The University of Washington, Tacoma announced that James Posey will be the new director of institutional research. Posey most recently was director of institutional research at Pierce College District in Lakewood and a senior database analyst with the Florida Department of Education.
Posey received his doctorate degree from Florida State University in 2003 and has a master's degree in interactive media from Southern Illinois University. He will begin work at the UWT June 1.
