Why can't we have the same access to the Intramural Activites Building at the UW campus in Seattle?

As students of UWT we are paying the same price for tuition as UW Seattle. Also at both campuses, the fee to use the Intramural Activities Building in Seattle is the same. So why are we, as UWT students, not allowed to use the IMA except between 8 - 11 a.m.?
It does not seen fair to me that if we pay the same tuition and IMA fee as UW Seattle students, we are restricted to certain times. I don't think that the students here are going to flock to Seattle to swim or use the gym. However, some of us who do frequent Seattle would otherwise be willing to pay the fee and use the IMA when it is authorized to all other UWS students.
I find this rather unfair. Until UWT has an athletics facility, there should not be any reason why we should not be allowed the same privileges as UW Seattle on this issue. UWT students in theory have a longer drive (not likely that many of us would really make an effort), and there are far fewer of us than at UWS. I really doubt that allowing UWT students the same access for the same fee would have any noticeable impact on the IMA.
